The watch must be unworn, unused, and completely free from scratches, blemishes, or signs of wear. It must include all original packaging, protective films, and accessories. Any resizing, link removal, or alteration instantly disqualifies the item from return or refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a secure, trackable courier service with insurance. ROLLEXTER does not assume liability for items lost or damaged during return transit to our inspection facility.

Once our horological technicians receive and inspect your watch, the evaluation process takes 7–14 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your watch arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA) due to a verified internal movement defect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to technical inspection and approval by our engineering team.

If your watch arrives with a verified internal movement defect (Dead on Arrival), contact support immediately with video evidence. Our technicians will inspect the movement upon return. Approved DOA claims may qualify for a full refund or replacement under our Refund Policy.
